Service scope
PlusMetrica AE provides product research and consumer feedback analysis for TikTok Shop, dropshipping, fashion, and other image-led ecommerce products. The service is designed to support better commercial decisions before a client spends more on stock, ads, creators, or launch execution.
Our reports are research outputs and decision-support tools. They do not guarantee product sales, platform approval, campaign success, inventory performance, or commercial outcomes of any kind. The client remains fully responsible for all business decisions made after receiving the report.
Human feedback and AI processing
The opinions collected in our reports come from real human respondents in our paid panel. We do not generate product reviews, ratings, or respondent opinions using bots, synthetic identities, or artificial respondents pretending to be human participants.
After human responses are collected, PlusMetrica AE may use proprietary algorithms and AI systems to organise, interpret, summarise, score, and present the findings more clearly. AI is part of the analysis layer, not a substitute for the underlying human feedback collection.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery for most completed briefs is typically between 48 and 72 hours. This timeline starts once the client has submitted the required materials in a usable format, including product images and any necessary pricing or category context.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Complex requests, incomplete briefs, additional clarification rounds, technical issues, public holidays, or requests involving extra targeting may extend delivery beyond the standard window.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful product materials, and assets they are permitted to share with us for research purposes. If a brief is incomplete or misleading, the quality and speed of the resulting report may be affected.
Clients must not represent our reports as legal advice, regulatory clearance, financial advice, or guaranteed proof of future performance. Reports should be used as one decision input among broader commercial, operational, and compliance considerations.
Use of reports and limitations
All reports are provided for the client’s internal decision-making or agreed commercial use. The client may not misrepresent the report as a public endorsement, verified certification, or official approval from PlusMetrica AE, the respondent panel, or any third-party platform.
PlusMetrica AE is not liable for losses arising from inventory purchases, ad spend, creator fees, supplier arrangements, pricing decisions, or product launches based on the client’s interpretation of the report. Research reduces uncertainty, but it does not remove business risk.
